they called me shortly after I contacted them. they came out the same morning found my problem with critter in chimney,, checked attic for anything else inspected chimney on roof. they found the wire not protecting us from having critters from getting in. the were back the next day and added new wire around cap on chimney. they came when they said they would be here and called when they were running late GOOD JOB

The Houston wildlife x never completed the work I paid them up front to do. Never pay up front for ANYTHING!! Then they had the audacity to charge me $199 for removing a squirrel, WHICH THEY NEVER DID!! This would entail to come into my house with a trap, set it in my attic, come back a day or 2 later, remove the trap, show me the animal, then release it. They never even entered my house, in fact they spent a total of 35 minutes on the whole job and never completed fixing the hole. Fraudulent People! You are an idiot if you use these guys, and do not believe the positive reviews, they probably put it up themselves. Because no business could be night and day the way they run their operations!!

Responded quickly to my call Set up an appointment Arrived when they said they would arrive Was given a price quickly after they came out and accessed my issues After acceptance we set a time for them to come out Arrived at that time and performed the work Project is still on going but I have been informed of when things would happen and they are on schedule If tech is not going to be there at time that was agreed on I receive a call and he lets me know where he is and when he will arrive So far very satisfied
