After waiting 6 months for them to do the job I paid for, they messed it up TWICE!. They didn't stamp the concrete before it dried the first time and the second time the stamp pattern was all smeared. Then he decided not to come back and fix it. He promised a full refund and still has not paid and will not answer a phone call or text. Don't waste your hard earned money on this company. If I could have given negative stars I would have.

White Oak Land Management did a wonderful job transforming our blah front yard to the front yard that we can be proud of. The owner was very professional, knowledgeable, and his highly skilled crew did a great job. Highly recommend!

Patrick designed my blank slate back yard into a beautiful oasis. His design was exactly what I wanted. I can't wait to get everything completed.

They were very nice to work with and they cleaned up their work when finished. They were the one company that found a creative way to use some of my existing bricks in other areas to make the patio look uniform with respect to the other bricks on the patio. This saved me money while providing the best looking solution.

They actually show up when they say they will and they communicate with you along the way. As we all know, no all contractors live up to those simple principals. They do great work and use modern irrigation system controllers (Hunter Hydrawise). Many installers still use archaic/simplistic controllers. Excellent job.

It was a joy to work with Patrick and his team. We had been looking for awhile to hire a landscaping company to redesign the beds in front of our home. After meeting with Patrick I knew we had found the right one. They were professional, courteous and delivered a design that was exactly what we had been wanting. After a recent home purchase, we inherited a backyard that needed a total makeover. I found Patrick Wright and White Oak Land Management on Home Advisor. I was very impressed with Patrick s knowledge and ideas from our initial meeting. We worked closely together in developing a landscaping project that incorporated outdoor lighting, walkways, a fire pit area, a water feature, a small stone bordered grass area and various plantings. Patrick developed a proposal with a detailed computerized drawing that clearly visualized our concept. Once initiated, White Oak s work was completed in a timely and professional manner. The finished product is truly a show piece. We could not be more pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Patrick Wright and White Oak Land Management to anyone considering a future landscaping project. They are truly the real deal!

We found Patrick on Home Advisor when we were looking for someone to landscape our yard in our previous home. He contacted me immediately and after receiving proposals from others decided to go with his company. The electronic proposal was very impressive and you could visualize exactly what he had in mind to make sure we were on the same page. We had a patio with fire pit, and alot of landscaping. Beautiful, quick job. We liked it so much that when we moved to the lake last November and needed major hardscape and landscape work, we hired him again. Wow! Beautiful job with patio, fire pit, walkways, outdoor lighting and sprinkler system. Very professional and all employees were extremely polite and informative. Highly recommend!

We had a long, curved retaining wall (over 100 feet) installed to expand our yard, sod installed in the new area, liriope planted at the edge of retaining wall, handle a drainage problem, and readjust our sprinkler system. Patrick listened to what we wanted, asked questions, and gave us several recommendations. We are extremely happy with the results and have received many compliments from family, friends, and neighbors. Patrick and his crew were courteous, professional, and prompt. We would use him again and highly recommend them to others.
