We hired them to repair a leak in our shower floor that ended up being a different problem than we first anticipated. We appreciated that they were very thorough in their initial assessment, which ended up saving us the huge shower floor replacement that we thought we needed. And when a separate problem cropped up in the middle of repairs, they handled that problem as well. They are very hard-working and honest. We will definitely use them again!

I purchased a 15 year old home and found moisture related rot around an exterior door that extended to the the subfloor, studs and interior trim. The previous owner Had superficially patched the area. Adrian evaluated the extensive damage on short notice and commenced repairs to fit my time constraints. It turned out to be a 5 day project that required rebuilding a custom door frame, repairing rotted studs, sistering compromised joists, major subfloor repair and much trim work that required delicate painting and caulking. The quality of work was exceptional and after viewing the extent of damage, I was amazed at the perfect end result. Adrian and John were a pleasure to work and left an immaculate work site. I give them my Highest recommendation!

I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation! They did an amazing job with building my composite deck and also two very heavy wood pergolas to go on top of the deck. Some of the product materials for one of the pergolas was damaged in shipping. However, they purchased additional materials and took some extra precautions to ensure the project was completed to their high standards. I can honestly say that I could not be more pleased by their exceptional work and my new deck and pergolas!

I found this company to be very dedicated to doing a good job, and also good at communicating the methods and materials they were using. Some of the work required rather tricky situations, but they tackled it with good cheer. The results look phenomenal!

Everything was done in a timely manner and even though I live across the country, we communicated every day. Was very pleased with their work.

There are not enough stars to rate Adrian and John. We have been remodling our log home for two years, built in 1994, I was the general contractor. In the initial building of the home, I subbed out some of the work. And since we started the remodel, area by area in 2017, we have had a 3 different contractors doing separate work, painting, flooring, a kitchen remodel and two other bathrooms. This project was our last update and in the master bathroom Whatcom County Construction came in equal with other bidders, but there was something special from the first time I met with Adrian. All through the process Adrian and his crew, John mostly, treated our home and this project like it was their own. We had ideas, but they both have a tremendous eye for detail and anything and everything they did was perfect. They finished up yesterday, since we have had two neighbors take a look and have walked away smiling from ear to ear, very happy for us because of the quality of work that was done and it does qualify for Better Homes and Garden. A great experience having them take pride in what they did and the results is that it has increased the value of our home tremendously.

Adrian's attention to detail and choice of materials were a much needed upgrade to our plan. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner. We would not hesitate to use Whatcom County Construction again in the future and highly recommend Adrian to our neighbors.
