MIke came out, bid the job. Set a start date and he showed on-time. Discovered more damage than he thought. I agreed and expected that his first estimate was not correct. Readjusted the price and schedule for the additional work. He arrived on time for the next scheduled visit. Completed the job, roof looks great, doesn't leak. That was 3 months ago. When I have to replace the roof, I will be calling him first. I waited to review AFTER i was happy the repair was done correctly.

Mike arrived within 40 minutes of his call. Fixed the leaks on the spot and pointed out a loose soffit which he popped back and also nailed in a loose siding piece. Price was right and was so thrilled I got it fixed so fast.
