During an unusual heat wave for Oregon I was still able to book an appointment within 24 hours of calling them. To my delight they called me about 4 hours later saying they were able to come within the hour if my schedule permitted! Fixed my unit and gave me suggestions on how to do some routine maintenance. Professional and helpful, especially for someone like me who knows nothing about AC. I have there number saved and will gladly refer family and friends to them.

The service professional was friendly and knowledgeable, explaining the problem with my AC. He addressed a work-around another service provider had made, fixing the unit the way it should have been. I would highly recommend this company.
