Jason was awesome! He came out right away and fixed the couple of dents I had in my garage door and also serviced the door while he was here. Very nice guy, super friendly and showed me exactly what he was going to do to fix the door before he did it. Repairs came out great and I can barely see where the door was damaged. Would definitely recommend Jason to anyone with garage door problems.

Jason responded quickly, was extremely personable and repaired my door in just over an hour. His price was very reasonable. He threw in some extras at no charge - tuned up my second door, lubed opener track. He took time to advise me on products to order and maintenence steps to extend life of the system. Was happy to explain any technical details I had questions on. This guy knows what he's doing, knows how to run a fair business and is a nice guy. Call him if you need something done to your garage door system

Jason arrived promptly, diagnosed and fixed the immediate problem, then lubricated and made adjustments to the door. He was helpful and personable. His price was 30% less than the other bid from Home Advisor.

It was more expensive than I had expected, twice as much as it would have cost going through Home Depot. That being said, it was definitely worth it! The service was quick, and well done. The technician that came was friendly and helpful, he explained everything thoroughly. I am VERY happy with the service I received from West Coast Garage Door and would recommend them to anyone!

Jason clearly knows what he is doing. I thought I was going to have to buy a new opener, but Jason explained what was needed and I didn't need a new one, just repairs. He was so helpful and thorough and also gave me information on how to maintain my doors so that they will continue to function at their highest level. I can't recommend him enough.

Jason knew what the problem was from what I explained to him on the phone. He came over within a few hours. He solidified his estimate and gave me an estimate that was within the range I was expecting (no need to get multiple estimates). He had all the parts needed to do the repair with him, so there was no need to wait another day for parts. Fun guy to talk to, too.
