I hired Michael and brought on board after four other contractors could not meet my standards. I put Michael to the test and I was amazed with the work. Michael did the following for me; 100% full kitchen remodel and bathroom remodel, 4 other rooms for sheet rock work that included patch work sanding painting from top to bottom ceiling and walls; last 2 exterior door installs that he did the removal, pluming and re-framing. Being that I am a contractor myself I am very critical, I tried to find any issue with Michael's work and I could not. He is a gentleman's gentleman his focus on customer service is paramount, I highly recommend Michael for general contract work old or new.

Michael from Wensil Construction has quoted and performed & completed several jobs for us over the past year. He has always been forthright and upfront about the work to be performed. We hired him to completely renovate the down stairs of our house and to completely paint the inside of it. During the renovation process I had several questions and made a few changes to the design. Michael address every concern promptly and in fact helped with the design change to save us money. We are very happy with the work he has done would highly recommend him to everyone.

We hired this contractor to install the front door frame which my husband had purchased and to paint the frame as well; my husband instructed him to paint several coats to address any bleed through of which he did not; we are experiencing bleed through at this time; Michael has committed to come out to correct the issue but has yet to show up.

Ma'am, I apologize for letting you down, your husband did not inform me of the rush. When I came to install and paint the frame, the paint that was purchased did not match the door. I applied a coat on the window frame first, painted the door then came back and painted the frame again. The frame and door got two coats. Soon as I finished, I had to go due to a doctor's appointment your husband had to attend. I wasn't able to see the outcome once it dried. Couple weeks later, your husband called and said it was bleeding through. I did agree to come put another coat of paint on. During our conversation, your husband stated that is was no rush, t

Michael was very professional, and at the same time he acted like we had known each other all our lives. He had to make several trips in order to complete our project. Each time he was very prompt, had the materials he needed, and stayed busy the whole time he was here. We have other projects coming up soon, and he will be the one we call.
