He was great. He was very informative and direct, while also making sure to be friendly or explain things if the client was feeling overwhelmed. He was also very detailed in what he told us and then the report was also detailed as well. He is great at making you feel comfortable and as if you have known each other prior, even though in my case, I went blind and just picked and happened to pick the best one!

Louis provided my wife and I a terrific home inspection in Middletown, and we highly recommend Welcome Home Inspections to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy inspection before closing on a house. Louis gave us a thorough walk-through of the house, explaining how the house worked and what to keep an eye on for future maintenance. He also used a drone to take aerial photographs of the house and give us a much more detailed assessment of the roof. We were especially pleased with his availability and how he worked with our schedule so that we were both able to be present for the full length of the inspection. He also completed his report and sent it to us the same day, which was incredibly helpful.
