Great roof buying experience with Jim Kirk and Weatherbuilt Homes, great price, great craftsmanship, and super fast install time and great cleanup afterwords!!! Would highly recommend!

The installers were so nice and courteous. They cleaned up afterwards so well, that you didn't even know they were there. We recommend them to anyone who needs a new roof.

Their customer service was excellent. A representative came to the house and spent a good amount of time explaining how they would install the new roof and what materials they would use. We were able to pick out the roofing we wanted. We agreed on price and installation date. Construction went smoothly and timely. They cleaned up after the construction was finished and we are happy with our new roof. We would hire them again.

Salesman was on time and poliite. The communication was excellent and the installation went smoothly. The job was delayed by a few days but there was clear communication. There was also a misunderstanding between the sales team and the installations team but Weatherbuilt sent out a manager to make it right. I would recommend this company. Price was just as quoted

Craig, the Weather Built Homes roofing salesman, is a very polite, knowledgeable, and likable, person. He came to my home to give me a bid on replacing the roofing. He was thorough. He went up to my attic, he took pictures of the underboards. He told me that because the boards were close enough together, I would not need a plywood under-sheeting under the composite shingles. I requested when he did the bid, that he do one with and one without the plywood. I had other bids with plywood under-sheeting. I thought it best to compare if I needed the plywood after they got a better look. Craig convinced me I did not need the plywood, by showing several photos he took. He only did a bid without the plywood. The bid was a few thousand less than the highest bid, that one included plywood, they just required it. I thought ok, I could save a couple thousand, plywood must be a few thousand. Well after my existing shingles were torn off, Craig showed and told me I needed plywood costing several thousand more. Rain was predicted the next day, what could I do. After the plywood was added, the roof cost seven thousand more than Craigs bid, after they reduced it by $1,500. The job cost me $5000 more than the highest bid I got from a reputable company and that bid included the plywood. Craig was very nice all through the project. He came out after it was done at my request to explain a few things I had questions about and to inspect the completed roof. Both bids included gutter replacement. It appears to be a good roof and good gutters, it just cost me $5000 more.

The crew was the best. One day to take off 4 layers of old roofing, and one day to put the new, and beautiful roof back on. They were very efficient, and cleaned up the yard, and swept the entire driveway.

Job went well, courteous people and the job was done on time. The coordinator Lauren W was amazing to work with and a very good communicator.
