Water-Less Sprinkler Systems

They were fast and complete. They did a great job raising the heads and balancing. Because I was happy with their work I asked them to do a french drain. They came out, measured, asked a lot of questions and then never came back. They won't answer emails, won't return phone calls. It has been 2 months trying and they don't respond. That is very unprofessional. I don't understand what happened. They just ignore all contact. Because of that I am changing my recommendation. Don't use them

The nature of the problem was explained to me, as well as the impending solution; my system was reset and Oscar explained what I should be monitoring in order for them to repair it in the most cost-efficient for me; I appreciated this since I am a senior citizen and cost would be an issue. They will return to actually do the work when I observe the exact location of the problem. This is doable for me and I have every confidence they have my best interests at heart. It's nice to deal with people who are trustworthy.
