Bobby was quick to respond to my texts and gave quotes so I would be prepared with payment. He and Charlie arrived minutes before he said and the whole job only took an hour and a half. So clean, couldn't tell he had been here. Professional, friendly and tried to save me money where he could. I'm thoroughly impressed! I highly recommend the Water Heater Pros!

In these times, they are a cash-only business, which is sad especially for emergencies that a check or credit card is all a customer has.
Response from Company:
Valerie called several times trying to get the lowest price possible. This was over a few days and she had time to get the cash. We are a small company and unable to take a financial loss from not receiving payment. We have been in that situation before. We are sorry we are unable to process credit cards at this time.

Mr. Bobby Hicks contacted me back when he said he would. By photos I had sent him he gave me a fair estimate over the phone to replace my water heater. He arrived the next day on time. He and his assistant Matt went straight to work, remove the old water heater, and installed the new one in close to 2 hours. They did a great job and I would recommend Mr. Hicks and Water Heater Pros to anyone needing water heater service!

After having Bobby come to check out our leaking water heater, he went over options to replace, options to upgrade and how each of those could be accomplished and at what price. We had a 50 gal electric heater and my wife and I decided to replace what we had, plus add another 50 gal tank for back up. This was accomplished knowledgably and quickly, using the existing pipes, plus adding connecting pipes to the extra heater. Expansion tanks were provided for both water heaters, which is a (relatively) new requirement. Great work, quick and professional.
