We have rented a 21 yard dumpster twice now over the last 4 years with this company, APDR. It has been a great experience both times. They are communicative and on top of returning phone calls and text messages. The dos and don’ts for the dumpster are easily laid out and understandable. The 1 ton allowance is quite a lot, and both times we went over and the fee was very nominal (under $30 each time. They negotiated with the dump on a few of the chargeable items & in general lean towards giving the customer the best deal whenever possible. I am price sensitive, so I shopped around for the best deal, and they were it! And so I was pleasantly surprised both times with the level of customer service and value we got with also getting a good deal! We would absolutely rent with them again!

Excellent company to do business with. They promptly return my call within an hour of calling. Gave me a competitive pricing. Everything about the transaction went smooth and uneventful. They worked several hours in the evening digging in the mud to install a sump pump. The mud had to be carried through the master bedroom. There were no traces of mud in the bedroom after they were done. They answered all my questions & were polite & professional.

They are really easy to get a hold of, and communicate well. They get the job done and really communicate what they are doing and why they are going to do it. There was a lot of transparency which I really appreciated.
