Did not fix the problem, but they tried.

Hi, Delores. I'm sorry you weren't happy, but please reconsider your rating. We did a camera inspection. We provided you a video to show you that the line was broken and required a repair. Unfortunately, you declined to allow us to fix the problem. Please understand that we waived the inspection fee to be considerate of the expense to excavate and repair the sewer line. That's truly all that could be done. When you give us a 2 star review for doing all that could be done and trying to treat you well, it affects our overall rating unfairly. We want every one to have a 5-star experience and hope that you will reconsider the rating you gave.

I was surprised at the cost for 30 minutes of work. And, I had a veteran's discount! The fella and his trainee were very nice.

I have worked with Warrior Sewer & Drain for multiple projects, including cleaning out plumbing stacks in high rise buildings, sewer lateral work and installing downspouts and drains. Even when I have just called with a question, they have taken the time to help me. The quality of the work is excellent and the company is very reliable.
