I recently hired Walter's Masonry and Waterproofing for basement waterproofing, and I couldn?t be more satisfied with the results. They thoroughly inspected the basement, identified all the potential problem areas, and explained the best approach to resolve them. After the installation of a sump pump, drainage system, and waterproof coating, my basement has stayed completely dry, even during the heaviest rainfall. Guys were very professional, did a great job, they installed chimney liner, cap and repaired the exterior bricks of the chimney. Awesome job, and best of all no surprises in the cost, what they quoted me is what I paid. I would definitely recommend them!

I canâ t tell you how happy I am that my basement is now DRY!!!! Welber came out to give me an estimate, explained what he was going to do and once we agreed on a start date, he went to town and got the job done. He installed an interior French drain, and thought I could get away without a sump pump, and after all of this heavy rain, this assumption proved to be correct! I am very happy with the results, I no longer have a water problem in my basement! Welber is very professional, punctual, and knows what he is doing. His pricing is very reasonable, and I would highly recommend to anyone who needs to solve a water problem in their basement

Welber , and Al are excellent!! We have a rental house that was getting rain water from a stone fountain. Welber knew right away what to do. We were on a budget and timeline getting it done before renters changed. He went above & beyond what he promised for the plan. Welber stayed true and honored the price he gave us. Walterâ s masonry & waterproofing has been great to work with from start to finish. The rep who came on-site to provide a quote was available for all my questions until I made the decision to move forward with Walterâ s . I had to make adjustments to the install timing and they were very cooperative about that. When it came time for the work the construction to be done in advance was done carefully and minimized any disruptions. The crew performing the work were fantastic and did a great job cleaning up. Welber and the others in the office have been extremely helpful as well! Now I just need some rain to see this in action

I could not be any happier with the job max and Walterâ  s masonry just completed at my home in Worcester. My wife suffered a massive stroke in March and is currently confined to a wheelchair. I needed concrete stairs removed and the existing concrete walkway dug up and re-graded to better accommodate a wheelchair, then re-poured. I also needed a retaining wall built to hold back the newly exposed earth that resulted from the digging/re-grade. I had someone lined up to do this job but they bailed on me at the last minute. Luckily max who stepped in and did a masterful job, at a cost I could afford. I would highly recommend these guys in a heartbeat. They really bailed me out because my wife was literally trapped inside our house until those concrete stairs were removed and the new concrete ramp and retaining wall was completed. I was a guy who really needed a break and these guys delivered one. For that I will always be grateful.
