Write a ReviewGod created heaven and earth in seven But wabash valley, canĂ¢ t install walk in shower We currently in seven days, without shower
I don't who's writing these reviews, but I will NEVER hire Wabash Valley Plumbing again. My husband made the call. He was told our address is out of their district, but exceptions could be made. He was quoted $438 for a toilet replacement, and repair of shower faucet nozzle. Appointment set. The two guys came early, FROM Clinton, IN--North of me--they're really out of their repair district--oh wait, exceptions. The two guys set the already-purchased toilet, couldn't repair the shower faucet nozzle, tracked mud from my laundry room to the bathroom--never offered to clean it up, made a water/muddy mess in the bathroom--never offered to clean that either, took my old toilet (nothing wrong with it/very clean--I just wanted a higher seating toilet), and the final cost...$521 to seat one toilet. I called to talk to the manager to have him explain the justification of seating one toilet for $521. It's been a month since that call, and he's never returned the call. I NEVER call them for service again!
They exceeded my expectations since I asked to be scheduled when available and they were here the next morning with the part I requested, mo miss, no fuss. Cost was within range of quote as I added replacement of a valve. The techs were friendly, answered my questions, and cleaned up more than necessary for me. I will call them back for any further plumbing issues.
I had a serious, bathroom pipe leak which other plumbers estimated would take 2 men, a full day, & approximately $2000 to fix, with additional costs for structural, restoration repairs resulting from their efforts to get to the pipe. The Plumbing Gods decided to Intervene, & sent me Jacob! Jacob declared that he could fix my pipe by himself, charging by the job, not the hour, with minimal destruction to my home! I hired him & he successfully completed the job in just over 4 hrs , for $925, & my room looks intact. This will be my plumber for life! Jacob is SMART, honest, hard working, a perfectionist, & he truly cares about the concerns of his customers. He really is superior, in so many ways, to most of the other plumbers I have used. In an age where it's so hard to find good repair people in ANY area, Jacob is the real deal & I know others will be "plumb" crazy about him as much as I am!
Great service. Will be using for all plumbing needs.
Quick response. Jacob did an amazing job. Very friendly and professional. He even installed an extra shut off valve to make it more easily accessible. I considered this as an extension of great service. Fair priced and will definately hire for future projects. Highly recommend!
