I hired this contractor to convert the gate to an electrical motor gate. They came to the house on May 12 and said that would be a price of $725 because they need to buy a new battery for the gate, and they asked me for a deposit of $100. At the next appointment, they said that they couldn't fix it as the person who repairs the motor was not available. I requested a refund of the $100 that I paid, which they denied. After a few days, they agreed to refund the money, but they have not provided any refund yet.

They are unprofessional and unreliable and not even worth one star. The technician came out to service my garage door without making appointment but only based on the information that I entered on Angi.com looking for garage door services. I went ahead and had him to adjust the spring since he told me that I only get charged $225 if it's working. It was working while he was there and I paid him cash because he wouldn't accept check and will charge me 3% if I pay with CC. I paid $225 cash since he promised with the receipt but no receipt given and said the corporate will sent me one but never received it. I called him back the next day because my garage door is acting the same way as before but he never responds. These people just want a quick bucks and ripping people off.
