W & A Property Management

I hired W and A property management to build an 8 x 24 foot deck on 7/26/24. The completion date on the project was 8/6/24. It is now 8/28/24. This is my experience. I wanted a simple floating deck by my RV. I wanted the deck and stairs built in sections so I could move it. It was also to include a set of stairs. He said they would make the sections at the workshop and deliver and install the deck on 8/6/24. The day before i called to see when they were coming and they did not answer after several calls I got a thru and was told there was a delay and a new date set. We paid $1200 up front for materials. That date came and went another call and weather was blamed. More calls were made and messages unanswered. Finally when they called to say they were coming they arrived with a 6 poor quality sections and then started placing strips on the surface to connect them which were trippers and made the surface so you could not slide a chair . I told them I did not want the top strips and they told me there would be gaps. He suggested a change but needed $800 more for lumber and would be back 2 days later which I gave him. That was 8/22/24 He was supposed to come back 8/24/24 it is now 8/28/24 and he has ignored several texted and multiple phone calls I am left with three 4 x 8 foot sections 8 x12 foot total loosely laid on gravel and no stairs He even took away 3 of the sections so we could level them and have at lease the materials we paid for. I have been scammed out of a lot $2000 not even half of a poorly constructed deck. I would strongly recommend anyone not to use this company for any building project

The actual workmanship is far below bar and afterward he's not returning my calls.

They did a fantastic job and cleaned the yard and awesome looking yard now and putting in a pool .

These guys are professional and are had workers. They went above and beyond what I expected. Pricing was right we are having them come back for more and they are doing more for the other family members.
