    Project took much longer than was initially indicated by contractor. Schedule was very inconsistant by all workers which delayed project. Mudding was not completed to satisfaction....cracking and uneven areas. Drywall cuts for recessed lighting are too large...we had to return all of our fixtures to cover up holes that are too large. Painting of drywall sloppy. Would not recommend.

    Virola's Home Care was a nightmare!!! All we needed was some drywall fixed, speaker wire and trim installed, and popcorn on the ceiling. The speaker wire was installed and the ceiling/wall fixed, but then he never came back to finish up the job! FIVE times he said he would come out and then never showed up! When he put the popcorn on the ceiling he did not cover the furniture below and it was ruined. He broke one of our lights and didn't offer to replace it, never hung the trim, never fixed the baseboard even though he was paid. On top of that, now he keeps asking for more money to fix the stuff he screwed up even though I've paid him 100$ more than the signed contract. 640$ and 29 days later and my basement is a disaster. NEVER, NEVER USE THIS GUY!!!!! HE WILL RIP YOU OFF !!!

    Eddie was highly professional in his conduct and in his workmanship. Responded quickly to my request for quote, started work a couple of days later and did everything according to agreed upon schedule. I had a fairly major problem in my living room ceiling due to a past plumbing issue and you now can't tell that there was ever a problem with the ceiling at all. Eddie is not the cheapest deal in town, but if you need top quality work the first time around I'd highly recommend Eddie's services to anyone. Regards, Lou Bassett

    Mr. Virola made this awful experience less stressing for me. He explained everything about what the job entailed, how and what he was going to do every step of the way. He was extremely pleasant, courteous, and professional. I would not hestitate to recommend him to anyone.
