This company is just AMAZING! I have no word to explain the professionalism and the good job they did. Before I called this company, I called 2 other companies locally, one being ARS RESCUE ROOTER HOUSTON, please never call those guys, terrific, and never showed up for 2 times, then I called Turbo Home Services, and someone showed up and wanted to charge me $375 for just cleaning the Kitchen Sink main line. Finally I called Village Plumbing & Air, and simply they told me someone will show up between 2-4pm and they did. In fact, someone called me 45 mins before to let me know they were on the way and sent me a tracking link, so I can see the ETA of the technician. The Technician Jhonny Mateo arrived and he was very polite and professional. He explained everything from A to Z and even showed me the camera of my pipes, but the best part is that they charged me way less than the previous companies. I couldn't be happier with the technician and the company. I will use them again and forever from now on!

Previously, while washing a load, my wife noticed that the spin cycle did not active. Since Village Plumbing and Appliance Services is nearby, we called them and gave us a time when someone would be at our house. Their technician, arrived and quickly diagnosed our problem and reset the washer so that it performed properly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and reset the machine. He was most capable, affable, and waited while my wife washed a small load to see if the spin cycle activated properly - it did. He then gave us an estimate to replace the circuit board (which may be nearing the end of its life) and indicated that if this problem occurs again, he suggested that we might consider buy a new washing machine. By looking at the serial number on the back, he determined that we bought this machine in 2001. His service charge was reasonable, and if we have problems like this again, we will call Village and ask for Ricardo!

They were originally scheduled for Saturday. I made the appointment on Thursday. I waited 4 and half hours on a no show on Saturday. I then called to reschedule for Monday. I am unhappy about their minimum price to clear a clogged drain. 325.00, He was here, he took a while because the drain was in the attic, but he got here at 8:35 and was gone by 9:36. Seems like a lot to charge per hour. I have attorneys who charge that amount.

Professional in the office to set appt. Technician showed up a little early. Turns out it was minor and he did a good, fast and economical job. Great value.

Overpriced for the work. Tried to sell an extra service that wasn't necessary until the first service was complete. Snaking and camera service. Snaking would tell you if the pipe was clogged so why would you need a camera service. The snaking service was only 15-30 minutes and I was charged $250.00 for something that costed $100 elsewhere. And that price was negotiated down from $350.00.
