Company representative arrived quickly. Managed to get the door working.. But was unable to completely address the damage. So I still need qualified repair person..
Response from Company:
The repair that needs attention is the blocking and framing on the garage from being hit by a car, not the door itself. We do not do carpentry, only garage door related work.

If you have any needs with garage door, these are your guys!! ETHICAL, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE!! I had an old (spring on each side) garage door system. Couple of days ago, spring on one side snapped and broke. I called and Josh came in on the same day. He replaced the springs but since it was not balancing and being old system, he spent more than 2 hours on getting it right. Unfortunately, it didn't work so he replaced the complete system with a new torsion spring. Needless to say, it works better than the old system and the door is smother and silent. Biggest of at all, he didn't charge me a single extra penny for the replacement and his extra labor. He just charged me the same amount as he quoted in the beginning which was already very reasonable. Josh was extremely professional, helpful and he did an extremely good job. The product that he used was also good quality. I would highly recommend this company!!
