Love the Puronics system. We’ve been a loyal customer since July 2015. Never had a issue at all and have recommended to everyone that’s ever asked HOWEVER my only disappointment is we were told that they would remove and instal one time for free if we moved. We are getting ready to have our floor coated and although we aren’t moving we called to ask if they could unhook it for a week and hook it back up. (Same as a move in my opinion) and they said, if it’s not in your contract then it’s $500+ to do it. What a bummer!! So no matter what the sales person tells you, MAKE SURE ITS IN THE CONTRACT because verbal agreements don’t get honored.

Great product information and sales pitch by local Victory First manager Anthony and price was very reasonable in comparison to other companies that came. Also, upon calling Anthony that I decided to purchase their water softener/filter, they were promptly here the next day and installed. We had the pleasure of having Jose install the system exactly where we wanted. Great job! The next phase is how well the system works. So far, so good. Thanks Victory! PS Only thing I would suggest would be to consider giving military discount to Veterans.

Anthony was/is amazing. He even came 3 days after the install to answer my questions and also ease my fears. A really personable person with a great work ethic.

Had bad experience in the past with water companyâ s but victory first water was exceptional to deal with. Anthony was very knowledgeable and didnâ t high pressure us to buy. After doing ALOT of research We chose to go with victory first. After one month we couldnâ t be happier! Thanks Anthony!

We had one other installer come out to our house representing the same product who did not explain the whole process to us the way that these people did. Anthony knows his system, and explains every aspect of it. And there was a small issue with the install that we did not like and they returned immediately and corrected the problem to our liking.
