Clement did a fine job. Cleaned furniture and carpet very good. Even got a stain out that I was told couldn’t get out. My only problem was I wasn’t told of the $15 fee to come to my house. Didn’t find out until he left. Also a 3% fee to use my card. Lowered that but still could have informed me of added fees before.

Truck mount machine is very expensive to operate and maintain. The machine also draws fuel from the truck. But the results truck mounts provide is second to none, as far as comparing to other machines out there. So this is why we charge trip charge to all areas. We hope to communicate better with you in the future and bring you outstanding results like we did last time. And about the 3% sublet fee, we will be more than glad to talk to you about that.
