David is exceptionally nice, highly professional, and very attentive. He promised that the deck would look beautiful, and indeed, it does. Our very old wooden deck has been transformed, now boasting the vibrant, light color of freshly cut woodâ it truly rejuvenates the space!

David went above and beyond to make sure my house looked top notch.

David did terrific and quick work for me â power washing a concrete deck to make it look new and cleaning all the windows, screens, window wells and storm windows of one of my houses. Work was fast, thorough and he was as pleasant and professional as could be.

Verzasca delivered a quote in a very timely manner. When hired arrived at the designated time and began on the project of cleaning out gutters , power washing the siding indow washing and then powerwashing and staining the deck. kept me informed as to any issues ( very few) that were encountered during the work. Very pleasant to deal with and only asked to be paid once the entire project was fininshed

They did an excellent job power washing and sealing patio pavers and walkway, as well as cleaning wall to wall carpet in one room. We will hire them again. We have a 3k sqft house with many windows. Verzasca responded to our request on Angi for service and quoted for the windows and powerwashing the house and several parts of our home like railing around our deck and the front steps. Their pricing was very competitive to other quotes we received and became more advantageous when we combined a few jobs together. We had the house power washed and the windows and screens cleaned. The job they did on both the powerwashing and the window cleaning was phenomenal. Before they did any work, they explained exactly how they would perform their tasks. When they began cleaning, they were completely focused and didn't leave the job or disappear - they were attentive to us throughout and checked to make sure we weren't disrupted by their work. When they completed the jobs, they asked me to walk with them and inspect their work. They are very conscientious and proud of their workmanship. This is very important to me - we've all had experiences with services and service providers that fall short in some way. It could be the quality of work, the approach taken, lack of consultation, value for money. Verzasca was exemplary in all categories. Most important (to me) was the pricing for the work - which was quite good and the quality of the work - which is fantastic. Our home is much-improved with clean siding and sparkling windows! We will be using Verzasca for future work to power wash and seal our deck. I trust their approach and appreciate their professionalism. I highly recommend Verzasca for your home servicing needs.
