Ed and everyone at Venice contracting are absolutely amazing! From start to finish, Ed is organized, communicative, available, flexible, and dedicated. They do quality work because they take pride in their work and care that you are pleased with the results. He delivers what he promises with no hidden or surprise costs. On top of all of that, the work was done in a very timely manner without sacrificing quality. We have already recommended Venice contracting to several friends. We could not be more pleased and impressed with the work every step of the way.

Edward and his team at Venice Contracting are absolutely wonderful. We bought our home when it was already down to the studs. Edward oversaw our entire renovation and is the most communicative contractor I’ve ever worked with. As an interior designer, I have plenty of experience doing remodels and Edward provided the best experience. Our home is gorgeous, top notch quality, and he stuck to his timeline. I definitely plan on working with Edward in the future, and you should too.

It is rare these days to find a contractor with the skills, experience, work ethic, integrity and customer service displayed by Venice Contracting. They do a wide variety of building, remodeling, and repairs. We've had them remodel a master bathroom, paint the exterior of our house, repair stucco and drywall, demolish and rebuild a very large second story deck, and find the source of an elusive leak. They do it all, and they do it very well. Edward and his crew are a genuine pleasure to work with and we recommend him without hesitation.

This is the second time I've reached out to Eddie for help. This time it was to help with my mom's fixer upper home. He was a life saver. Something that was stressful and thought would take weeks to get done was completed in just a couple of days. He was responsive, provided quality work, and honest. It's so hard to find good work these days and am thankful to have found Eddie who I can rely on for any job.

An absolutely great experience! I had some relatively smaller jobs; replace exterior door, replace bathroom fan, install hanging shelf from vaulted garage ceiling, replace built-in mailbox with larger security type, and remove/repair several areas on exterior walls that would need stucco finishing. Ed came out and quickly evaluated the best way to do each job and gave a detailed quote. The crew that did the work were family members (Wilson and Fabion) who always communicated their schedule, were thorough in completing each job professionally, and always left the area spotless. Their stucco guy did a fabulous job of matching the surrounding areas as well. I could not recommend them any more highly!!

Ed and his team are true perfectionist in their work. Ed provided a great estimate, helped us finalize on the items in the bathrooms. When a issue came up with the floorboards, he took care of it immediately. The final result were 3 beautiful upgraded bathrooms inclusive of removing 2 bathtubs, tiling, replacing counters inclusive of granite countertops , new light fixtures - FABULOUS!!

Eddy was very professional and honest with every aspect of my kitchen remodel. Work was done on time and as promised. His crew is mostly family so they have a vested interest in building their brand. The quote from Eddy was competitive and he stuck to it. I will not hesitate to use them as my go to company for all home related concerns.

Edward was superbly professional in all of the projects for which he did for me. I hired him for one small job, and I kept hiring his services for more and more projects, from painting the entire exterior of the house to inside work on my foyer's cracked walls and ceilings. He never tried to pressure me to do more than I asked of him, even when I knew there was more work needed. I appreciated his multiple skills and many areas of expertise. Edward always followed through on everything, which is to be complimented. Just a great guy to work with on things that needed to be done. I am sure that I will be contacting Venice Contracting, again.
