Signed contract for deck repair went over details twice. Came out on 8/22/24 after 1 1/2 hrs on the job texted me a picture of what he was doing. Was not what he quoted specifically the day before I bought the splice plates to tye shoring together to run cross beam from post to post showing him all materials for the job. He texted me a 1/2 hr later walked off the job texted me and said good luck did not call me very unprofessional. So I contacted him he was already on another job and hung up on me. He stated before starting the job that he was licensed and bonded which he is not. He wasted a 6x6 beam that cost $41 . In way over his capabilities to do the job. The second time we meet he was bragging how he ripped the lady off on the stain job he did on 8/21 sorry for you mam. He is now being investaged through Angie listing to removed for being a qualified contractor. For everyone out there please be AWARE of this contractor.

Responded immediately to my service request and scheduled staining my deck the very next day. They worked meticulously and completed the job in a timely manner, We are extremely pleased with the work, the amount of time it took to complete and the price. Pleasant but professional and made sure everything was cleaned up after work was done. Would definitely recommend without hesitation.

Great workmanship on our new deck and substructure! The end result was fantastic and it fixed a multitude of front porch decking issues on a home built in 1925. The entire team was professional and responsive. Highly recommend Velia Incif you need a porch or deck built/replaced.

The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great!
