The project was apparently supposed to be done before the winter was going to start. It did not happen and then after that he made a lot of promises of getting it done, he came and made some things to prep the area however he told me that he ran out of money and that I have to pay for the concrete to be dropped off for the foundation. He does not deliver and he does not do what he puts in to contract. He asks for a high down payment.

Simon reached out to us when we needed our driveway replaced and enlarged. He came to look at our site and gave us a nice quote right away. When the project suddenly required extra work, as newly-required by the city, he did not increase the price to us. Simon and his team did high-quality work, and we are proud to show the finished product in our neighborhood.
