He was easy to get a hold of.when I called his cell phone and left a message he always called back.

I never recommend companies but have to this time. They installed leaf protection and cleaned gutters for a large roof system. In the process they extended down spouts, Wiped down walls etc etc purely to ensure the job was 1st class I would strongly recommend this company to anyone. They are 1st class

We were going to go with another company and then we met Richard who was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He gave inspected our house and addressed what they could do and never used any high pressure sales. He even showed how the other companies (we had three estimates done) calculated the footage wrong for the gutters and offer us other options such as bigger sized downspouts to handle the water flow better. He kept in touch with us as when our installation would happen and did great follow up. He also showed us that they were licensed and insured without us asking. The installation crew was very professional and had our house completed in one afternoon. Eric and Marty did a great job and made sure that both my wife and I were completely satisfied before leaving. I would definitely use them again and woulf recommend them to anyone for gutter installation.

Both owners are super responsive and personable. They and their team were professional and very friendly. The two gentlemen who did the install on my home graciously let me come over to see their setup and took the time to tell me about the nature of the work they were about to do. (They even tolerated my crazy cat who jumped the fence and tried to hang out in their trailer.) This team takes pride in their work and backs it up with sincerity and great human nature. They really make you feel like a neighbor. Their pricing was competitive and stayed true to the initial quote. We are so pleased that we will be calling them for future projects.

Found a lot of what debris was in the gutters (especially lake side) left on the ground (grass). One small gutter on streetside porch was not attended. Reason when asked about was that the roof was on a steep incline. I should have been asked about it earlier. Richard did clean it out when he came for final check.

Richard and his crew came and completed great work for a customized downspout.
