We own a small 1950â s rental house with worn 1950â s interior. We hired Dave with Vanguard to remodel the entire inside. He did an amazing job turning every space into a classy craftsman style look. His selection of flooring, molding, doors, hardware, cabinets, countertops, lighting, tile and appliances all tied together nicely and at a reasonable price. When we began showing the house for rent, everyone was surprised to see how nice it was!

The team was very knowledgeable, conscientious, professional through all phases of our remodeling project. The handled all pre work and removal of existing cabinetry, flooring, etc., and with attention to detail, installed all new appliances with a perfect fit. My wife and I were very pleased with the results and now are enjoying new hardwood floors and carpeting throughout the house along with a new kitchen.

We hired Dave and his team to help us do a kitchen remodel including: removing existing back splash, installing new tile all around kitchen backsplash, installing a new sink, countertops, faucet, leveling current appliances, installing new light fixtures and knobs.
