Fantastic service! We had drywall repair then he them paint. Now we are deciding to have our deck done. They were very clear with what needed to be done and priced competitively. Came as a repair man and left as a friend. Thanks again.😊

I worked with Mark and Lester. Mark was wonderful to work with, kept regular contact, always did what he said he would or showed up when he said he would, and he and Lester built a high quality screened in porch. Will definitely use them again!

Had a hole in the roof and Mr. Cook repaired it the very next day, at a very reasonable price. He is very professional, and will be at the top of my list for any build or repair in the future.
Response from Company:
We were happy to do this work for. Ray especially when we found out that a competitive companies minimum was $500.00 just to get up on a roof. Only a boot replacement and a few shingles. While there checked over roof any nails popped up removed re nailed and sealed.

Mr. Cook is a bs artist. Tells so many fibs he can't keep track. Never completed the job as promised but we just paid him to get rid of him. I have hired at least 7 contractors recently for various projects. (not all thru home advisor) He is the only one who demanded we sign a contract and pay him half the money up front. He would pop up without notice, and leave without notice. Promised premium work then proceeded to deliver shoddy work. Had to constantly remind him of his promises which he never completely delivered. My wife wanted to fire him half -way through the job, but I did not want to go thru the hassle of hiring someone else. ( Much of the work was perfomed while I was at work ). I am very suspicious of his high reviews on home advisor. I am also not surpised that the business is in his "wifes" name.
Response from Company:
Ok Per Contract we replaced (5) area boards in which were curled upward and splintered. Also per Contract applied " a coat of Jatoba solid hyde stain", through out both the upper and lower deck. with the replacement of the upper deck top tread as well as the (2) lower deck stair treads, and the lower deck top caps wood splitting nails rusted through no longer holding. the decking boards on the lower deck where badly weathered I could see no coolr of paint or stain that had been used on this deck to preserve at all. We did talk about ripping all decking boards and replacing but owner did not want to go the cost for this as it would more than double the cost. We did even though the owners said the deck had been already power washed and did not need it again, I did explain for the lower deck we would apply the olympic deck wash to clean as there was all the furniture and bags of potting soil along with a huge bbq grill on the deck in which we had to move to prep for the stain to follow. Also not in contract we replaced some Approximately (8) pickets as when we tried to bump back in they would not hold, so we had new from another job re installed at no Charge to owners. Also, we did put a (2nd coat) for the rails and pickets on the larger lower deck at the request of the wife also no Charge. Then when we went to receive last check the wife said we need to re nail their existing stairs to the upper deck, and we did at no Charge to owners and also not in contract. To note for both decks approximately 400 sqft. we put on (5) gallon stain 345 sqft each gallon is 1725 sq ft of stain, this is how weather worn the wood was. We always have asked for a portion payment up front all of our contracts this is for materials and operating expenses for the project as we are a small company and this helps all included, some willing to pay more than we have asked. if it does not suit your needs by all means there are others out there who may, we do not "Demand" at anytime. As for the Liscense it is my wife on this business for the wob - Women Owned business, and the Mob -Minority Owned business that is it. As far as the Ratings we have so many Great customers and they write at their own will we do not in any way manipulate to date we have never asked for any reviews.
