Everything about this roofing experience was better than expected. They were able to schedule us in quickly and the price was fair. The team worked so hard I barely saw them take a break. Afterwards the yard was clean and additional items on the driveway removed promptly. I would highly recommend Valley Exteriors.

They assessed and estimated the cost within days of my inquiry as to whether they could or would do this repair. Within days the issue was fixed at a reasonable cost. Two of the nicest people, Ian (owner) and Dan (repair person). I highly recommend Valley Exteriors.

They were very professional and accommodating. Most importantly they listened to our needs and came and completed the job, very quickly. They cleaned up quickly no nails no garbage, and were very accommodating.

Review of Valley Exteriors, (Roofing Division) I was initially contacted by Simon Nielsen (Estimator - work no. 920-809-7600) and received an all inclusive, formal, and competitive quote. Simon was very professional and courteous. A crew of six workers showed up on time (Oscarâ s Crew) and immediately began hanging nets and tarps to protect the house and lawn. They proceeded to remove two layers of old roofing while loading the discarded shingles into a large trailer for disposal. The new roof install started with the install of new drip edge/gutter apron over a synthetic felt. This was followed by a universal starter strip, and an ice & water shield (2 rows) around the perimeter. The roof vents were removed and holes patched followed by an all new ridge vent installed across the top of the roof. The GAF HDZ Architectural shingles are a stunning look and I now have the most attractive roof in the neighborhood!!! Thanks to Oscarâ s Crew, Simon, Darlene, and Martin. In July of 2018, our home needed new siding due to our rotting cedar siding. Ian from Valley Exteriors came out to our house. He was honest in telling us that they were booked straight through to 2019. He created a 3D model of our home and sent it to me through email to try different types of product. Early 2019, Ian showed us several different types of siding. When we made our final decision we were presented with the estimate of cost and a timeline. The job began on time. We were extremely pleased with the crew that came to work on the job. The foreman, Dan, kept us informed of progress made and asked if there were any adjustments to completed work. The job was completed on time to our satisfaction. What we loved about all of this was the communication from the entire staff at Valley Exteriors. They were honest with all costs and timelines. If we had any questions, they were promptly answered. This year we needed gutters and a gutter cover. We called Valley Exterior. Their estimate came in 10k under the local gutter place for the same materials. Also they were able to place the downspouts on the sides of the house. The other company insisted that they had to be on the front of the house. It was a no brainer. We couldnâ t have been more satisfied with the end results. The crew finished the job on time and the cost was exact to the estimate. This company stands behind its work and truly wants their customers to be happy. I would recommend them to everyone. I know why they are always booked out â because they are that good. Now on to our windows â we will be calling them again!

Workers showed up early and got right to work, but they the trailer full of waste was left in my driveway overnight. Overall I'm pleased with the new roof.
