We have had Jose do several types of inside and outside repairs to our house in the last several years. The quality of the work was excellent, any issues were quickly dealt with and the clean-up was very good. He's done work from roofing to flooring for folks in our neighborhood.

Repaired damaged (entire) ceiling drywall on my Lanai. Did a great job, left the place clean. Took steps to make sure our furniture stayed clean.

Jose and his crew replaced tile floors, installed new base boards, painted interior, installed closet system, built shelves, removed popcorn ceilings and fixed an emergent leak from the sprinkler! Jose was prompt, professional, knowledgable, and produced quality work. He went above and beyond when we had a leak with a sprinkler and without hesitation went and got the piece to repair the issue @8pm at night so we could have running water for the night. I am so pleased with all the work they did that I will not hire anyone else for my home construction needs!

Jose is awesome! Prompt, professional, quality work, a true craftsman! He installed wood laminate flooring, bathroom remodel, plumbing, etc. He can do almost any job we ask of him. If you live in the Tampa area, this is your guy.

Starting on 4/21/2015: #1. Mr. Jose Valencia/ Valeydan, LLC and his helper Oscar did a basic 2 backdoor paint job. On both doors they failed.. even after it was pointed out to them re-spackel and fill in holes around the door jams after they did the initial paint job. Neither door was done correctly and I was told they will fix it when we come out there next time. #2. Had them grout a small stand-up shower area....they failed to seal the grout even after I gave them a bottle of the sealing product I bought to use? Next Jose went and bought the wrong tint of colored sanded grout also to use as he said I need this product and not the unsanded type? I gave him a checked off paper sample to match colors but he still got it wrong? Next had a trim facia job done by them covering below the soffit with hardy board around facia/ sides of home. After inspection and also his refered co-workers and 5 other professionals pointed out that the trim around the house he did started at 6 1/2 inches on the rear back, 4 inches on west side, 3 inches with a 1 inch gap ( very noticeable ) on the front of the house and going around the back 5 inches?? Jose told me the roof is "cockied", he leveled the bottom edge? I had a professional roofing Co. look at the work and he said that was not true The board should have been placed butted up against the soffit. I have informed on several attempts with Mr. Valenca this is to be fixed. His response: Jose texted me: "I just listened to your voice mail... I'm not fixing anything you were there everyday while we were working and I told you step by step what we were doing and you approve and said how you liked what we were doing. Now you call me after a month and want to change the work was done.... Not doing it. I don't care how "rude" you get. NOT DOING anything for you find somebody else". Nice guy.. Paid him $1940.00 for this work and prior $225.00 for door paint job. He is dodging the problem and aperaently was not upfriont with his lack of abbilities in the work assignment BBB.org has be brought in to investigate and without him rectifying the problem it will be a court issue. Told him to fix the work he did or will be seeking court damages and cost to replace/ repair. Sloppy work, can tell he does not stand by his word.. this is very serious all around.

Best Company EVER! Jose is fantastic! I have hired him over and over and over again and will probably keep hiring him as I do my renovation in baby steps. He is so patient and understanding and does whatever strange thing I want him to do! I asked him to install wainscoting instead of upper cabinets with an stainless steel sheet behind the range hood (exhaust fan) with pot hanger shelves...they did an amazing job. LOVE THIS COMPANY!

Cleaning the area up after finished the work. He was friendly and polite. I would recommend this company to others. The job was done in the required time and I was completely satisfied with the work and materials.
