VLAD and his team went beyond any expectations I had and the outcome is complete perfection of my bathrooms and my kitchen. Vlad is extremely talented, professional contractor. He understood what it was that I wanted. He help me pick out colors and fixtures and even when I was confused, not sure what it was I wanted he was able to see through that he was patient very understanding and was able to help navigate in making a decision. He is definitely a different breed of Contractor. His team were very kind, respectful and hard-working when they came to my home I actually got attached to his team and is hard to see them go. He brought in very good talented people to help him with our projects. I highly recommend Vlad and his team for any painting projects and remodeling, he definitely is experienced in all aspects.

V Royal T Property Services did a great job painting our home. They showed up consistently on time and cleaned up after each day of work. Made sure that we were updated when scheduled change due to weather. Did a full final walk through with us to make sure all the work was done. The final job was fantastic!

They did an amazing job from helping me determine the overall paint scheme and colors to proving ideas around painting foundation. They were very timely and did as much as possible even with a couple days of bad weather. They still managed to finish on time and the paint colors have got ravening reviews from all of my neighbors. I would highly recommend them for any house pairing and i m likely to use them when i m ready to redo my interior
