VP Waterproofing

I really dont give reviews even in the worse case scenario, but these guys pushed me!! Use this guys at your own detriment ! Hired them to do a driveway water diversion sometime early January , paid $3600 in full for the job. They can and did whatever, left the materials littered all over my lawn, I was patient and didnt utter a word. A week later, it remained and the problem was not resolved, I called and they grudgingly came 3 weeks later, they broke my garage concrete and again did whatever. Two weeks later, it rained and still the same problem, i have been calling since early March for them to come meet up to their bargain. They keep on telling me next week and unfortunately, that (next week) never comes. There was a tornado today and my garage is filled with water. This is just the most inhumane treatment Ive ever received! Please guys do not use this company!!!!

They were the first contractors to return my call and showed up that day to give me a quote. Their quote was given before they left and was by far the best. Their team worked tirelessly until the job was complete and were great communicators during the entire process. Most importantly, my basement is now dry!

Very professional will recommend this company to friends and family members.

They were very good and thorough!
