Justin the owner will talk your ear off telling you about his excellent work ethic and outstanding customer service. It is all lies designed to talk you into purchasing what he is selling you. Beware. Once he is sold you and installed whatever it was. If you ever need it serviced or have a problem, He will not answer a call or return any messages. You will be on your own. I have had to chase him on 3 different occasions for 3 different problems, as sadly, we had him do a whole system in our daughter's home too before we caught on to his ways. I gave him lots of time and opportunity to be ethical and professional. He has chosen not to give a hoot about good or even any customer service. Hire this company at your peril.

My landscaping irrigation pump and plumbing failed. The owner, Justin, is very knowledgeable took the time to explain what I needed, how he was going to do the job and the cost - which was very reasonable. He showed up on time and the finished work looks great and solved all my issues. Would highly recommend VIP Water Filtration as your first call for any major issues with your irrigation pump, well or plumbing.
