I live in NY and have a condo in Naples. Two days before I went in for back surgery I found out that I had a serious mold problem. I found United on the internet and really had no choice but to trust them to do the right thing. They did and I ended up hiring Hilex their construction company to do the reconstruction. The remediation was done quickly and professionally and I am totally satisfied. I will follow up after the reconstruction but so far they seem really good

The two-man crew (Sean and Curtis) that did our mold remediation was excellent. They were clean, prompt and on time. They were also personable. If necessary, we would hire your company again

I live in MA but my parents have a place in FL which is vacant I went down to check on it to find it covered in green mold due to an air conditioning malfunction. I had no idea what to do. I put out a call through Homeadvisor and they were one of several who responded but the only one who came out same day. Sean was extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest and thorough but also really compassionate. I had to throw so much away and it was terribly upsetting. The whole crew was so kind and helpful. The place looks and smells amazing and you'd never know anything happened there. I cant say enough good things about them!
