Moe is very responsive, polite, and did a wonderful job installing the new thermostat. We ran into an issue completing the setup on new Google Nest themostat, Moe gave us time to work with Google. We gave up on the Google Nest themostat after trying for several hours on the phone with Google. We bought a Honeywell one from Home Depot. Moe came back to remove the Nest and install the Honeywell. I highly recommend United Concept! He made sure our job was working end to end! Thank you Moe!
