The young man Justin Bre'vard, who works for this company was on time, professional, quick, and have excellent customer service skills. The job was initially for a deep cleaning of my vents, but he discovered that I had mold in three vents and immediately explained what mold was, risk it can cause with your health, and the damage it can cause in homes. He explained what he can do to solve the problem, gave me a good estimate, and offered me a 5 years warranty that includes a non service charge for maintenance every 6 months. After cleaning and removing the mold, he sprayed an organic freshener in the vents and my home smells amazing. I am happy with the service and look forward to doing business with Unique Airduct company and with Mr. Bre'vard in the future. Thanks for your services

The technician only did 1/2 of the job and said it was complete , I had to call and have them come back out another day to finish. I have a two story home and they only cleaned out the upstairs vents and returns. the basement apartment they said they only needed to clean the return register. I called the office and they had them come back out and finish. Also one of the technicians while in my bedroom had taken pictures in my room that were not related to the vents and registers. I was at work , my daughter noticed the other pictures on his cell phone when he was showing her the before and after pictures. I will say the office was very accommodating and made sure it was completed. The company seems great and fair, was just these technicians that I have a problem with.

Unique stands behind their work. While we had a misunderstanding with pricing, we were able to come to a satisfactory agreement. We have a 2 year contract and can have our vents serviced twice yearly. The work was very satisfactory and we appreciated Unique understanding our concerns.
