Mike and his team were awesome. They left a spotless workspace behind. The job was completed ahead of schedule and for the quoted price...even during inclement weather! He was very responsive and prompt. Very professional. I will use it again.

Mike Thomas and his team did a GREAT job! He was dependable, personable and had great attention to detail...he spotted issues not seen by the other two companies. He was the middle in pricing among the 3 estimates we received. After meeting with all 3 companies my wife and I thought Mike was the right choice...and he was...we were right!!!

I can not say enough good things about Mike and his helper. He is very professional and does an excellent job. He communicates very well and keeps you informed of exactly what is happening and when he will arrive. He not only did the power washing of the deck, house and sidewalk, but also fixed the patio that was sinking in several areas. He saw that the piping under the patio was cut and replaced it. I am so happy with the job they have done. I am glad I found him. I have a lot more projects that I am anxious for him to complete.

I am very pleased with the painting job completed by Mike. He is very professional. When I called he came out and gave me an estimate on the job. He followed that up with a written contract. Mike removed the shutters from my home and painted them. He also removed some warped wood around the windows, replaced and painted the wood. Mike also painted 3 outside doors. Mike kept in touch as to when he would arrive. He cleaned up when he was finished for the day. His philosophy is to do the job correctly the first time.

We hired Mike to paint our living area, upstairs hall, foyer, and all of downstairs. He gave us a great price, was courteous, kind and did an excellent job. He gave us an excellent price and we are looking to have him do our Kitchen in the the near future. We have already recommended him to our parents and would recommend him to anyone. Mike is both professional and personable. He accepted the daunting task of painting my dark red cabinets white, and he did a fantastic job. He paid close atttention to detail, which made the finished product exceptional. I intend to use Under the Sun Painting for projects in the future.
