Their work was to replace a privacy fence destroyed by Hurricane Helene. Mario Zamora, owner of US-Framium Remodeling was very pleasant and professional to deal with. In fact I was a little hesitant at first because he was SO nice. His communication was thorough, and he kept me informed every step of the way. His crew was hard working, polite, and very pleasant also. They showed up when they said they would and even worked on Saturdays and Sundays. They thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day, and were very punctual returning the next morning. They went over and above what was asked of them, cleaning up and doing additional trimming, even though it wasnâ t part of their quote. And while Mario had multiple crews and projects happening simultaneously, he kept close tabs on his crew and was frequently on site personally. His estimate was spot on, no add ons or surprises. I canâ t speak highly enough of Mario Zamora and US-Framium Remodeling. They have my highest recommendation. Donâ t be afraid to give them a try. .
