Reviews
Write a ReviewGreat service great value
Called because of carbon monoxide alarm in the basement and the need to replace 2 ancient water heaters. 3 hours later job completed! Surprised by how quickly they responded and completed the job. Best price of all responders by far. Clean, courteous, and non intimidating. Would highly recommend this company, and will use them for all future needs. Thanks guys.
Everything was done as it was explained to me during the quote. I would definitely recommend this pro.
Honest, smart, fairly priced, not looking to overprice anyone, not many nice companies like these guys! If u get them to do work for you. You won't regret it.
great people to work with.
They were on time. Checked out all the problems. They came up with the price. I okayed it. They did the work. Very nice workers. I would hire them again.
Terrible. I had a deadline so I hired them. $3132 for approx 3 hrs labor and $200 parts. Absolute Rip Off. Additionally, they messed up the schedule so bad and made me pay the penalty. $1000/hr for a plumber...bulls... Never ever use this company.
I am sorry to hear your review Michael but it also isn't true. The RPZ you have casts $750 each plus parts and certification. That would already run estimated $1800 not including all the copper and fittings that were used for the crawlspace and 2nd building. You were given the estimate first before the job was ever started......1st trip. You approved the job and we returned to install everything on day 2. Please feel free to explain that if you approved the job cost before we started anything....how are we at fault? I would gladly talk to you about this job but I know I'm the one who took your call and answered everything you asked of us. Please feel free to reach out to me at the office and not falsely accuse us of things that you know are not true......VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
the guy that did the service was great, great customer service, very professional and really efficient
Howard was very professional, efficient, and also friendly. He completed what was a complicated job and left the work site spotless. I will ask for him for any future plumbing work we may have. This company responded to my crisis the moment I called them.
