When looking for a company to handle a project, I value good, reliable communication, keeping promises, and detailed information to help with decisions. The contractor, Jay, called when he said he would, showed up on time, and provided in depth explanations to help me make the right decision. The workers showed up on schedule, were very helpful with moving heavy items back and forth and were very thorough in cleaning up the discarded materials and debris. I would recommend this company. By the way, the survey forces me to give an answer to 'value for the money'. I don't know the exact amount others may have estimated, but I find value in a trustworthy relationship.

They were on time, cleaned up all the trash and hauled it away. Also Romano roofing explained everything to me clearly, was very courteous and helpful. The work looks great. I am very pleased and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

Five years ago Romano Roofing of Bensalem, PA replaced my roof and built a roof deck. When it needed repair for what seemed like normal wear and tear they were on it the day after I sent them some photos. Not only did they fix a damaged railing they replaced 18 deteriorated post caps, something I had been planning to do myself. They did all this at no charge. This is pretty amazing service. Romano Roofing is a rare find.
