They got this done for us in the dead of winter before purchasing our new home! So greatful for there help!
When I got in touch with them they showed up within the day to look at our property. Our property was in the process of being sold and when we decided to hire them they had litterally 2 weeks to get the work done before closing. There was multiple areas that were effected and they worked diligently and effectively to get the job done. It was almost like Magic. We reccomend for anyone who is needing work.
Harley worked with me every step of the process. Very professional and efficient!
Harley and his crew were timely and professional while on sight. Any time I had a concern and brought it to Harley's attention he answered me promptly. They worked very diligently, paying attention to detail and even with the clean up. I would definitely hire them again.
Cannot comment on work, they never came. Cannot comment on value, as they took deposit and had to send atty. Generals office after them to get refund they said they would do. Cannot comment on customer service because it was all excuses and so forth. Even when sitting there. Co worker said he could not come to phone, until I mentioned legal action, then he got on phone. Would not recommend due to the way we were treated. Still awaiting refund, still communicating with atty. General office. Will file complaint with regulatory authority for stucco and concrete in Minnesota.
David, were sorry about the huge misunderstanding. Your refund was issued via check, which was, in fact, placed in the mail. I'm sorry we didn't meet your expectations as it can be very frustrating, expecting that your service call would be answered so fast. unfortunately, every company has a capacity limit to responding to service calls. at every moment, we communicated very clearly every time you reached out. unfortunately, sometimes we make mistakes. Hopefully, we can do better next time at the expense of this learning opportunity.
We hired Twin Cities Stucco and Plaster earlier in the year to refinish our home and give it a face lift. Other contractors quoted a really high cost while Twin Cities Stucco was way more competitive on price and gave WAY more information about the process. I would say if you need a contractor that is open and honest while still does good work, hire these guys.
When Harley came out to give an estimate for the stucco work that needed to be done on my home he was very low pressure and confident about the work that needed to be done. He also gave me a window for the estimated costs and when all was said and done it was perfectly in that window which was very affordable. The work performed by him and his crew turned out excellent and I couldnâ t be happier.
Avoid this business at all costs. Harley Schwartz was paid 50% down or $19,000 at the start of a project. He showed up for 2 hours, set up two sections of scaffolding then left. He subsequently said he could not do the work and pulled off the job. This is from July 2024. His last two companies His Stucco and Trowel Brothers also did the same based on other reviews. Harley has yet to return the $19,000 he was paid. Do not hire.
Great feedback. Being in the business for a while now, We know it's priority to get the job done in a timely manner. However, that does not excuse the times the job was supposed to be ready for us to mobilize. There were two separate occasions when we were ready to mobilize, and the job was not ready. Since having to move stuff around to keep our guys busy put us in a debacle by forcing us to make some choices that weren't ordinary. the choice to not service your company after that should be shed in a more positive light due to that. We walked away because you said you had someone that could start Monday and have it done faster. Not because
Twin Cities Stucco repaired a damage concrete block foundation wall of ours and did an outstanding job! The job required great communication and coordination of their work with that of other contractors and they excelled in this regard! The job was completed on time and exactly within the cost of the quoted estimate they provided. I highly recommend their work and will most certainly call on them again should I ever need further concrete work.
