Very professional. Shannon came at the end to see how it went and if there were any questions I had, and asked me to call if I found anything that needed more attention. The girls were finished but had not left yet. They came back up to the house and washed the outside of the windows as well, which was very nice. I was fine with them catching that during their next visit, but they gladly took care of it right away. They were detailed in their cleaning and I haven't found anything that was missed.

They were very prompt and showed up at the time that they said. I was kept apprised of their progress and the owner came back often to inspect the progress and quality of work. No hidden costs and no added fees. What they quoted is what the job cost.
