Rep gives me a time frame and then exceeds arrival time. Tell me that he will be there in the morning then shows up at 5:00 pm or tells you to reschedule the appt. till tomorrow. The appt. was for monday morning then he calls me at 6 pm tells me to reschedule. I call office to reschedule and then tech gets back to me on tues at 5:30 pm saying he will be there wed. Wed rolls in and was told it would be in the morning, he calls me up at 1:30 and tells me he will be by at 4:00 pm. I didn't feel like I was really important to him but I was there for them rather them being there for me. So in the end, I will be using another company next year. Very disappointed in company.

Turf contacts you before they arrive every time! They actually answer the phone when I call. Professional and Friendly. You really do not get this kind of customer service anymore. My lawn looks great even thru the drought. Happy we found them!

Turf team came to Aerate and seed my lawn. It was done in a very unprofessional way. some of the portion of my lawn is not done at all. At one place I see so many seeds and on the other side no seed at all. The worst part and main purpose of writing this review is that they broke my sprinkler system. The pipe and sprinkler head is broken. I was not at home when they came to my home. Next day when I called them they started blaming me. The reason given to me is "Yes, your sprinkler head/pipe broke during aeration process but we are not responsible for it. We have not installed sprinkler system at your home so we are not responsible for broken system. It happens and the homeowner needs flag it for them" The reply was full of arrogance and bad attitude. I never confirmed them to aerate my lawn. they came in my absence and did the job without taking confirmation from me. They do not have even courtesy to say SORRY. They broke my system and now asking money to fix it. I regret hiring them. I do not know what to do now except writing this review.

Hello Jay, Thank you for your review but as stated in our response from your Facebook post on 9-15-16 we disagree with you that the job was poorly done. The only portion of the lawn that was not completely done was on the left side where we hit the main line with the aerator and stopped doing this area as noted on the slip. We did acknowledge that we put a hole in the main line of the sprinkler but we cannot be responsible for something underground we cannot see. As you stated in the conversation with Cortney on 9-15-16, you knew we were coming and did not feel it was necessary to mark the heads due to the fact there was not a lot of grass in the lawn and the technicians would be able to see the heads. We did apologize for the damage but did not ask for money to fix the system. We suggested to contact the person who installed the system and fix the shallow line and bury it deeper which would allow you to have this work performed in the future without worry. The funny thing is you posted this review today 15 minutes after I left your house. I am sure you knew I was there at 10:30 and left at 12:25 as the people in the house watched me the whole time while I fixed the sprinkler system. The good thing was we did not hit any heads. What I did have to repair was the 25 holes in the system from the aerator. The entire system is 1? underground and I cannot believe we did not do more damage to the system. This lawn should never be aerated again unless you have a box of couplers and clamps. I do feel bad that you actually paid someone to install this system. There is no Backflow on the system which is illegal and the number of heads and layout is one of the worst I have seen in my 20 years in business. Whatever amount of money you paid was too much. We stand behind our work 100% and want to make sure every customer is satisfied. If you feel the damage to the irrigation was due to a poor install, the cost for me to repair your system today would have been $281.00!!!
