Talked to Alex. He personally went to my condo and did the repair himself because we had family there on a well deserved vacation. AC was out. Very grateful for his office help and the job they provided. Will use them again.

Alex was accompanied by another technician who worked in tandem to take care of my system. My AC would not stop leaking, they not only fixed the problem but we’re able to prevent another from starting. They were beyond professional, efficient, and left the work space looking better than when they got here. They never tried to up-sell any products to me and were able to answer every one of my million questions. I cannot thank them enough for everything they did, and the money they undoubtedly saved me!
