My experience with this company is they are professional and trustworthy, this company has been cleaning my carpet for over 10 years when guests come to my home they always notice my carpet with the help of this company my carpet still looks new

James was great with communication. He let me know when he was on the way to my home. Once he was here, the service took less than 45 minutes. He was very informative and helpful in helping me keep my carpets clean. Loved his service, made my rug look new again.

I just moved here. I lived in my previous home 4 years. My carpet was cleaned twice a year, professionally. James started at 2:30. He was done by 3. I asked him was he done, he replied, â  yesâ  and tried to convince me that he had top of the line equipment. 9 hours later, my carpet is still soaking wet, with a fan in each room, A/C, etc. My carpet cleaner from Loweâ  s doesnâ  t even take this long to dry. James mentioned I well I kept my carpet conditioned. I vacuum 2 to 4 times a week. My home is just a little more than a year old. Never has it taken my previous home, more than 4 hours to dry.
