Took a piece out of the closet to fix a bleach stain in the main bedroom. Said I would not be able to tell the difference. It looks terrible and very easy to tell where he did the work. The carpet grain does not even match up. I brought this up and he said, it is because it is newer carpet and it will wear into place when people walk on it and sun hits it. So I am writing this review 6 months later to give him the benefit of the doubt, but still VERY noticeable. Left small pieces of carpet laying everywhere, did not fasten some of the carpet he pulled up in the corners back down to the nail strips so I had to do that. I feel like I just threw money out the window. I called him and he just said it is what it is and said keep waiting, it will look better - okay, nope, not happy at all. I told him I never leave bad reviews but I was not going to have a choice and he said, just do what you go have to do.

Response from Company:

Mr Francisco, we at Trusted Care Carpet & upholstery Cleaning, take every review serious. We also like to thank you for this review. This is why myself (the owner) mainly do this apps jobs. I do remember this project. Not attempting to be contradicting. Here is the way I remember the event. There is a bedroom (not the master bedroom/ main bedroom) upstairs, that someone spilled (you said bleach on the carpet). The color of the stains did not coin side with the characteristic of bleach stains. The stains was more of a purple color and is was a trail toward the bedroom door. Once I inform you bleach stains on gold carpet does not turn purple. Then you said you did not know. A family was living there and they has just moved out. I ask if you had extra carpet to do the repair? Your response was no. This is when I informed you that I could take it our of the closet. Due to the fact that the common area carpets was at least eight years old. Which mean that the carpet in the closet, would still have the full color and texture of when it was new. What you was asking ( that the closet match the carpet that is exposed to the environment blend is with carpet kept is a dark hardly use carpet). I informed you that can not happen. Over time it will start fade and blend in (six month is not even close to enough time) to starting fading. Plus the bedroom is upstairs and a guest bedroom, hardly used. Once I told you the cost and you starting telling me, you did not want to pay that. That is usually a indication (not saying you) the client will never be satisfied with the result. Not saying this is the case. Just going with the advises. As for the direction of the carpet, if that was the case I would have gladly came out and corrected it. Rebounding carpet in the closet is a additional cost. Since you were questioning the cost, I did not want to charge anything else. Now as for the statement ( It is what it is) is not a statement I would ever say to a client or even in my personal life. Just not a term I use. With all this said. There are missteps I made. In even doing the job once the challenge of the cost of our service. We do appreciate your review and will learn from it going forward. Thank and God bless!
