Andrean is the contact person. Tried several times to speak with him never returned my calls. Work quality is poor to say the best. I would NOT use this company for anything!

We hired Trust to fully refinish our red oak hardwoods. Overall floors came out ok. We found several spots, blotches and poorly finished areas. Andrean seems stretched too thin, rushing between jobs and cutting corners. He put a cursory effort into touching up the spots and then was gone. The real problem is that while they were finishing under the refrigerator, they must have broken the water line for the ice maker. They fixed the water line and finished the floor without telling us what happened. Several days later, I found out what happened because I found that the water had leaked through the floor into the back bedroom of the finished basement, destroying the drywall, carpet and much of the furniture we had placed down there while the floors were being worked. Andrean played dumb, then blamed his guys and told me his insurance *would not want to cover that* and then stopped responding to me all together. I now have to send my insurance company after him for the mitigation and repair costs. While Andrean seemed pleasant and knowledgeable leading up to the job, this man is not worthy of your trust or your business. His quotes are low for a reason. Look elsewhere.

Andrean and crew got everything done in less than 2 days. They kept the place clean after the day is over. When job was done, they ask me to look it over, see if I have any questions. They kept the place clean.

They were very professionals and did a fantastic job installing my flooring, refinishing one of my floors and also installed wood treads and risers on my stairs. Reasonable pricing and they finished ahead of schedule. I will be hiring them again!

After the project, we discovered a lot of bubbles in the wood flooring finish so we asked Adrean to come back and fix them. His assistant applied the wrong varnish so you can now easily see the stains on our new floors. He never returned my calls and now we are stuck with dark stained spots on our floor.
