My Bellmore basement flooded because of a faulty furnace valve. True Restoration came to the rescue! Dave, Jesse and Elias came to mitigate the situation. Then Vinnie, the coordinator and Steve, the project manager arranged for work to be done. The carpenters, Jeff and Ray, did an excellent job and were unobtrusive. They repaired the basement quickly and efficiently even doing extra. It looks like new. Thank you.

On September 1st, we were hit with the remanence of hurricane Ida. The amount of rain flooded my basement and ruined our newly installed laminate flooring. From the moment, I called to the moment they finished up- this company was truly amazing to work with. All of our worries were gone in a flash. They were polite, accommodating, clean and efficient. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do, I won't hesitate to call.

TrueRestorations contacted me within minutes of my reporting the issue. Within a couple of hours I had a quote, a contract, and workers on the scene to address my flood. They were extremely careful with my property and sympathetic to my state of mind. Communication was excellent, and everything happened in the time line that they predicted. In the unfortunate event that I have another home disaster, I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

True Restoration did an excellent job repairing my basement after water damage. Wilmer and Eric repaired the walls;sheet rocked,taped and trimmed out in wood. They did a beautiful job.The painters did an equally good job. All the corners and lines were cut in sharp. The fellas from Model carpet preped the floor and did a great job with the vinyl and carpet. True Restorations assisted with the insurance claim and make the process seamless.
