Everything about my experience with True North was excellent. Armando was my main point of contact and he was a joy to work with. Project was very time sensitive, and it was done on time and exactly as estimated.

I would recommend as a good value (relative to other options) but also recommend being very clear/pointed in setting the scope of work required / instruction. The team was very responsive and ultimately was able to complete the work after a second visit needed to fully remove/abate a specific area.

Nestor was very friendly, communicative, helpful, timely and flexible throughout the entire process.

A property I co-own had sewage back up into an approximately 8 by 8 foot technology pit that houses a furnace and water heater and has a drain in it. They were friendly and courteous and did the work promptly. Or so we thought. Turns out that they only cleaned the parts of the pit that were visible and left sewage under both the furnace and the heater. I had already paid when I called them to come finish the job. They put us off a couple days, then showed up without tools, not ready to do the job. The guy (Ray, I think was the name) argued that the smell was due to pet waste so he was not going to finish the cleaning. I argued that was irrelevant since we did not hire them to get rid of the odor, we hired them to clean the sewage from that pit, which they had not done, and agreed they had not done. After much arguing they agreed to refund the amount and I had to go down there myself to finish the job. It was not pleasant. They had apparently not even touched the parts of the floor under the utilities as it was still coated with filth. It is now 12 days since they said they would refund our money and they have not done it. I just now called their number and it went to voice mail, which was full so I could not leave a message. If you want arguments instead of service, this is your place.

Ray and his team treat your home as if it were their own. Excellent communication, no surprises, and my insurance adjuster said he was one of the easiest to work with on our claim. Highly recommend!

Ray came out to review the water damage to my home and set me at ease from the minute he walked in. He listened to my concerns, answered my questions and showed a level of expertise that made me comfortable hiring him on the spot. He took immediate action to bring in fans and dehumidifiers to start the drying out process. His other employees were tied up with other jobs so he personally took on almost all of the work himself. He worked around our schedule and checked out the drying process every day, even over the weekend. More than anything, I appreciated the fact that he communicated well with me and showed up when he said he would. I highly recommend this competent professional.

Ray and his team were fantastic - responsive with a sense of urgency and an eye for quality. Spectrum got our basement dried out and put back together within a week of it flooding. Demonstrated a mastery at what they do. Would absolutely recommend/use them again. Thank you Ray!

I have used this service for the last few years and canâ t imagine anyone else cleaning our carpets. The work is excellent, timely, & very reasonably priced. Will Hitchcock is a great, honest person to do business with. Give them a shot, youâ ll be glad you did!!!!!

Will Hitchcock cleaned my carpets for me and he did a wonderful job!! I would recommend him for ANYBODY needing their carpets clean.
